Booking your session
Your date is confirmed once you've paid a deposit of 50% of the session fee. Until then, I can't hold it for you.

Payment
The rest is due 7 days before your session. Wall art and prints are paid for in full at the time of ordering.

Changing your date
Plans change, that's fine. You can move your session once for free with 48 hours' notice. After that, a small fee of 25% of your original fee may apply.

Cancelling
More than 14 days before your session? Your deposit is refunded or carried over. Less than that, it's non-refundable, since I've kept that time just for you.

Unwell or unexpected?
Just let me know and I'll rearrange, no charge and no fuss.

Bad weather (outdoor sessions)
If it's too wet or wild, I'll move your session at no extra cost.

On the day
Please arrive on time so everyone gets their full session. Bring your little ones and pets ready to have fun; a parent or guardian stays with children throughout, and pet owners are responsible for their animal.

Your images
I don’t offer digital files, I only supply bespoke wall art for your home. I choose the final images, and they are for your wall art in your home or office, not for selling or entering into competitions. I hold the digital files and will only share them publicly if you've said yes on your consent form.

Wall art
Made just for you, so once production starts it can't be cancelled. If anything arrives damaged, tell me within 7 days and I'll sort it.
